It is specifically formulated to be steam-penetrable and sterilizable, preventing rust and restoring articulation to instrument joints.

- Function: Forms a protective coating on surgical instruments to prevent rust, staining, spotting, and corrosion. It also restores movement to stiff or grinding box-locks and joints, prolonging instrument life and reducing repair costs.
- Formulation: It is a non-oily, non-sticky, non-toxic, and silicone-free water-soluble mineral oil lubricant that can withstand high autoclaving temperatures without becoming gummy.
- Sterilization Compatibility: Clinically tested to be thoroughly steam penetrable, steam sterilizable, and also compatible with ETO (ethylene oxide) sterilization.
- Application: The 500ml spray bottle and included applicator straw allow for targeted lubrication of box locks, joints, and other hard-to-reach areas. It is used as is and should not be diluted.
- Routine Use: It should be applied regularly to clean instruments before packing and sterilization; do not rinse or wipe dry after application.
